THE ROLE // An opportunity to be one of the founding members of a new and fast growing team that is helping to create new ways of working, transforming clients from a project to product mindset and building customer-centric, data driven and continuously improved digital product propositions. Taking a key role in the team, collaborating with strategy, user experience and technology experts and – most importantly – clients to create end-to-end experiences and be a product evangelist and champion for the suite of in-house products.

YOUR BACKGROUND// You’ll have experience as a consultant with a track record in partnering with clients to uncover business needs and objectives, crafting digital strategies and designing meaningful human experiences. You’ll be as comfortable building products as you are in a more strategic product strategy/advisory capacity. You will have the ability to lead teams/projects in an agile environment including conceptual exploration, prototyping and implementation through to production. This might include creating user journeys, prototypes, wireframes and personas. You’ll be tech savvy with strong facilitation, team building and relationship management skills and the passion to help build a team focused on cultivating growth and new value for clients.
